The Space:

Family and friends will fit comfortably in this condo that can accommodate 9 guests with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a loft. You will find yourself in an ideal location for experiencing year-round seasonal activities. A short car ride will take you to shops, restaurants, hiking/biking trails, fishing spots, and golf courses. During the winter the Red Line shuttle travels to the Village and Main Lodge to access the mountain.



Plenty of plush seating is arranged around a mounted TV. A VCR, DVD player, ceiling fan, telephone (local calls only), and wireless internet are provided for your enjoyment. This room is the perfect spot to unwind with family and watch a movie at night. If it gets a little warm, step outside onto the private deck and indulge in the mountain views. The kitchen has a variety of appliances to aide a chef in whipping up mouthwatering meals.



The master bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and has an attached full bathroom. The second bedroom holds a King bed and TV. The third bedroom has a Full bed. A bonus loft has sleeping arrangements suitable for housing the kids. There are 3 Twin beds, and TV. A second full bathroom is available for guests to share.



There are 2 unassigned parking spaces and shared laundry facilities. The outdoor swimming pool and BBQ stations are only open during the summer.



Due to COVID, there are changes in ski resort availabilities. Please make sure to check the ski resorts’ policies on reservations and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on reservation inabilities at the ski resorts.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.



Other Things to Note:

If brining max occupancy of guests, please keep in mind this unit has a limited hot water tank. Hot water can be an issue if the hot water is not rationed out timely.



This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
