🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Parking: Unassigned parking for up to two vehicles is available in the community lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are provided and must be displayed while parked.

• Stairs: Stairs are required within the condo to access the loft and throughout portions of the community.

• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the La Vista Blanc HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Guests have access to the community hot tub year-round, while the pool and BBQ grills are generally available during the summer season.

• Hot Water: The water heater is standard-sized. For the best experience, larger groups should stagger showers and other hot water usage.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.

• Permit: Town of Mammoth Lakes TOT Certificate 05960.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
