The full kitchen is ready for easy meals and snacks, and the adjacent dining table seats up to 8—great for lingering over dinner or game night. Unassigned parking for two vehicles makes arrivals simple, and when you’re ready to explore, shopping, dining, and the shuttle are close by.



In summer, enjoy the HOA-managed amenities: communal pool, spa, tennis courts, and BBQ stations.

Important Things to Note

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

• Parking: Unassigned lot parking for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are required and will be located in the unit.

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access the loft sleeping area.

• Communal amenities: The pool, spa, tennis courts, and BBQ stations are open only during summer and are managed by the HOA; availability and hours are not guaranteed.

• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location and areawide infrastructure, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly.

Shuttle info: A nearby stop on the Green Line offers service to Eagle Lodge and The Village; routes and schedules vary by season.
