This beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath corner unit is the perfect mountain retreat, offering a stylish modern design and extra-high granite countertops throughout. Upstairs, enjoy an open-concept living area with a warm and inviting gas fireplace and flatscreen TV, ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure. The dining area comfortably seats six, with additional seating at the kitchen bar, and the fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals with ease. Downstairs, both bedrooms provide a peaceful retreat. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom is perfect for families or groups, offering a queen bed along with a twin-over-twin bunk bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. This home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and is ideal for family getaways. Non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. Located in the desirable Mammoth Estates community, this condo offers an ideal year-round getaway in one of the best locations in town. Just one block from The Village and the Village Gondola, you’ll enjoy easy access to dining, shopping, nightlife and the slopes while still tucked away from the crowds. Super clean and modern condo. Full kitchen with everything you'd ever need. Not like some condos that have a crowd sourced cabinet of spices, leftover hot chocolate, that kinda thing so just bring your own. 10min drive to Main Lodge, close walk to Village Gondola but we didn't use it. Easy pickup of parking passes at main pickup area with clear instructions. Would def stay again

Great Condo Close to Gondola!

Overall it was very nice! Being able to walk to the Village Gondola was a huge advantage! The bed was comfortable and clean. I also loved having TV’s in the bedrooms. The living space and kitchen were perfect! The water pressure is low but that isn’t a really an issue for a snowboarding trip. The condo was very nice overall. I would definitely recommend staying here. Our only complaints (which aren’t the renter’s fault as it’s not really in their control) is the hot tub was disgusting and the sauna didn’t get above 120 so it was more like a warm room. We stay in the mountains a lot and know it’s hard to keep things nice and we don’t really have high expectations. But this was by far the dirtiest hot tub. For us that was a huge bummer because we are willing to pay extra just so we can have these amenities and typically use them our whole stay.

Great cabin for 2 small families

The cabin was as expected and worked great for 2 small families with 1 kid each. The high counters was unusual but great for the taller ones of us. Note that the cabin does not have washer/dryer in unit but that was all as per description. The cabin was well taken care of and very clean. Short walk to village is a plus but still just a short drive to canyon lodge so perfect location.

Mammoth Get Away

Overall the location and cleanliness was good, but the website was not clear on where we could get replacement supplies like towels, trash bags, etc. As well as not being clear on the extra gym and inside pool not being onsite, but 2 miles away. Then, the facilities onsite like the hot tub, laundry, and sauna were not clean and overused. We were not comfortable using the hot tub as it seemed very dirty with the amount of people using each day. Overall we loved the location and hope some of the above could be made more clear to future guests. Thank you.

Great location and beds, upstairs heater does not work

Great location, clean, and comfortable beds. Major downside — upstairs heater did not work — property suggested to use fireplace, which was insufficient. We had to be layered up while upstairs. Other notes: have to go to main office to retrieve parking passes. Have to bring own jacuzzi towels.

The heating was a little hard. No way to keep the upstairs warm over night so cold in the morning. High 50’s. Also not enough towels. Only one towel per person with no towels for Hot tub. Its was clean and the beds where good

Really nice family room and kitchen combo

Great stay, we would go back, love the tall counter Hight in kitchen. The only negative is the heating is not adequate for the unit, very cold in the morning and takes a while to warm.

Great Condo. Pictures don't do it justice. Well located

We had a great time on the property. Kitchen has everything you'd want. Super easy to cook in. Condo seemed newly remodeled. There was a weird smell of powerbait coming from the sink for the first day but it went away. Outside of that, super good experience and would for sure rent there again.

Long weekend ski get away

This property was perfect for our trip up to the ski resort. We had 2 couples and had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped to cook breakfast and dinners. The Village and the Gondola up to Canyon Lodge was a quick 0.2 mile walk down the road. We also enjoyed the on-property hot tub in the center of the complex.

We had a great time in Mammoth and this location was very convenient in walking distance to the village. The upgraded kitchen was also a plus. We would rent unit 222 again from Mammoth Estates.
