About the Space:
This studio condo is the perfect mountain getaway for small parties of 4 or less. This home is cabin style and tucked in the trees of Hidden Valley, giving true mountain style living. The close proximity to the Village makes for a great location in the winter and summer months/festival season. Easy access to public transportation and all the events around town!

The studio offers a nice open space with large sliding glass doors overlooking the pine trees. There is queen-sized bed and closet space. The living area has a comfortable couch with memory foam pullout and a TV with smart features. There is a wood burning fireplace providing the perfect ambience and heat during cold winter nights. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for cooking a delicious meal. Off the main living area is a full-sized bathroom with tub/shower.

We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, sponges, trash bags, firewood, fire starter, and matches. Firewood is located on the deck.

Guest Access:
You will have the entire condo to yourselves.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Hidden Valley. There are 2 jacuzzis, a sauna, pool (seasonal), community BBQ (seasonal), and shared laundry facilities.

There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. Park in any open spot in the common parking area. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle.

*Please note, the pool will be closed for construction June 2025 for at least 4 weeks.

Other details to note:
** For safety purposes, during the winter months, there is plywood blocking the outdoor patio to protect the sliding glass doors from ice and snow damage.
