This beautiful 4 bedroom plus loft, 4 bathroom renovated townhome sleeps 14

and is steps from the slopes at Eagle Lodge. The home features amazing views

of the Sherwins right from the couch of the living room. Relax by the gas

fireplace or private jacuzzi located on the back deck, cook a meal in the

fully equipped kitchen with dining area with seating for 8, and an additional

3 at the bar. The kitchen features all granite countertops, stainless steel

appliances and a farmhouse style sink. Or be the grill master with the BBQ gas

grill on the back deck. The spacious living room offers a secondary dining or

game table area, along with two comfortable couches to cozy up around the

fireplace and watch the large flatscreen picture TV. The loft is a perfect

spot for the kids to hang out and watch TV with their own private space. The

townhome features two primary suites. The first primary bedroom features a

King bed, flat screen TV, attached remodeled bathroom with shower and separate

tub, and private access to the outdoor jacuzzi. The second master bedroom has

a King bed, flatscreen TV and private bathroom (also recently updated) with

tub/shower combo. On the middle level is private laundry with a washer and

dryer so you have all the conveniences of home. The third bedroom has a Queen

bed and flat screen TV, while the fourth bedroom features a queen bed with a

twin trundle below. There is a 4th updated full bathroom on the lower level

with shower/bathtub combo. The loft area features a two twin beds with one

twin trundle and flatscreen TV. A full bathroom with shower located at the

entry level. Whether you're visiting in the winter for skiing and snowboarding

or in the summer for hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor adventures, this

home is the perfect base for your Mammoth stay. On-site amenities include a

year-round hot tub and sauna, recreation room, and laundry facilities. During

the summer months, guests can also enjoy the outdoor pool. Your stay also

includes complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa, Mammoth’s

premier fitness and recreation facility. Amenities include an indoor heated

pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates, and cycling

studios, as well as racquetball and basketball courts. In the summer, guests

can also take advantage of the outdoor pool, along with tennis and pickleball

courts. This townhome sleeps a maximum of 14 people, 2 outdoor parking spaces

in the driveway, and is 4 levels inside and no steps to enter the entrance

level. This home is non-smoking and allows one pet upon approval in Summer

only. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required

than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options.

Great space, bad appliances

Loved the space. Kitchen amenities were fantastic. The dishwasher did not work reliably. The dryer also did not work. The dryer would run but there wasn't any heat so the clothes didn't dry. I am very surprised there were no bicycles available for guests to use. That would have elevated our experience substantially. We really needed more light in the bottom floor rooms. The hot tub balcony had no lights and the lights on the hot tub itself did not work. So overall a positive experience but there are some fixes that are needed around the house.

Our Mammoth Mountain summer vacation during a shutdown.

Ellen from Mammoth Reservations was very helpful with problems we encountered. Maintenance came out when we discovered tv remotes batteries were dead. The biggest issue was we had no stove to cook with. One burner on stove top worked. Oven did not heat at all. We went to restaurants instead. We stayed in the master bedroom with a new tv we could not use as it required a passcode. This should be rectified. Also some broken window shades should be replaced. Lovely, comfortable home and loved the art and accessories. Well equipped in the kitchen except the stove. I really believe we should receive some compensation for restaurant expense.

Nice Condo but could use a refresh

Condo is lovely on three levels with four bedrooms and a loft. The unit is located close to the mountains and to Mammoth Village. I was disappointed that the unit showed a lot of wear. Walls were very scuffed, bath mats were old and dingy, door to the second master bedroom stuck, etc. For the price they are asking, I don't think this unit is worth the money.

Great spot with amazing views and comfortable accommodations

Great spot with amazing views and comfortable accommodations. We loved stay here with a ton a bathrooms, rooms, and sleeping space. The main floor has a bunch of room for all the guests to hang out! The community jacuzzi in the complex up the street should also be emphasized. We were all able to fit in it, while the one at the house can only fit 4 at a time.

short 4 days of ski fun. Unit good location. we were a party of 12. Great setup for large groups. could use a broom in kitchen for clean up. Jacuzzi had a few issues but management did their best to resolve. Sierra mngmnt always good to work with-
