The Space:

Perfect for anyone looking for action around Mammoth Lakes, the home is nestled between year-round activities. The Eagle Lodge and Eagle Express Chairlift are within walking distance. Snowcreek Golf Course and hiking or biking trails are a quick drive away. Drive into town for shopping and great restaurants.



Enter the home and drop off your snow gear in the full mudroom. A fully equipped kitchen is at the front of the home. There are all appliances a chef could need to cook up gourmet meals. Guests may keep the chef company by taking one of the 3 seats at the built-in breakfast bar. A formal dining table is steps away with 6 seats.



Turn on the fireplace with the provided wood to create a cozy atmosphere. Have the family gather around the Smart TV for a movie. A DVD player and high-speed internet are offered for entertainment. The couch functions as a sofa sleeper for additional guest space. Step onto the atrium balcony for fresh air and views of the surrounding area.



At the end of the night, choose one of the 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable King-sized bed, portable AC unit for the warm Summer months, and a Smart TV. There is also access to the balcony and an attached private bathroom. The bathroom has a vanity area and shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a Queen and a Twin-sized bed. A TV and full bathroom can be found in this room too.



Underground parking is available for 2 cars (garage height 7'1"). Laundry facilities and elevators are in each building. The shared condo BBQ stations, picnic areas, and a swimming pool only open during the summer. The 3 hot tubs are open year round.



Things to Note:

- During the winter months, the Homeowners Association (HOA) takes safety precautions by boarding up certain windows to prevent damage from falling icicles.

- Starting June 12, 2025, construction will be underway in the complex. Please be aware that guests may experience daytime noise during this time.

- The pool and hot tubs will be out of service throughout the construction period



Other Things to Note:

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
