Relax after a day of hiking or biking
With free parking, gear storage, and a location minutes from trails, lakes, and outdoor adventuresâthis is your ideal base for a high-altitude summer.
The apartment has many windows that allows lots of sunlight, even in winter. The air conditioning and heating unit keeps the temperature just right throughout the year. The apartment is through a private entrance and up a flight of stairs. The apartment is the entire second story of the 2 story building.
Kitchen: The kitchen has a full size fridge, microwave, electric cooktop stove, oven, drip coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, pots and pans, utensils, plates, cups, bowls. The kitchen provides all essentials needing for making meals in the apartment. Dining area seats 6 people and is adjacent to windows to enjoy the view of Old Mammoth Rd.
Living Room: Living room boasts a large sectional couch.Smart TV w/ Roku.
Gear Storage: Boot trays are provided for ski boots, hiking boots. Ski and snowboard hanging storage just inside the entrance door.
Bedrooms: All bedrooms have a queen bed (all linens provided), large windows (with blackout curtains), sleeping sound machine, closet with hangers, and Smart TV w/ Roku.
Master Bath: Master bath is ensuite and had a free standing soaking tub, step-in shower, 2 sink vanity and separate toilet room.
Bathroom: Bathroom has a tub/shower combo and toilet in a separate room. A vanity and a single sink.
Parking: Parking is free and for 2 cars only. The parking is immediately outside the apartment in the parking lot.
Noise: This apartment is part of a small complex. Town noise ordinance is 10PM-7AM. Loud groups during quiet hours are not tolerated so if your group wants to be up late at night, please book elsewhere.

Transportation: Free year-round town shuttle stop (red Line) is 1/2 block away. Shuttle takes you to the Village and Main Lodge or you can transfer lines and go to Canyon Lodge. Eagle Lodge seasonal shuttle picks up/drops off across the street.
Location: Restaurants are next door and more within walking distance. Vons grocery store is 5 minutes walk. Eagle Lodge- 5 min drive, Main Lodge 13 min.
Cameras are located on the walkways and garages to monitor snow loads.

The guest has access to the full apartment. There is a utility closet at the top of the entrance stairs and a small one in the hall that is not accessible to guests.
We are available via call/text to assist with any questions/concerns or to give recommendations of things to do and places to go and if we are not on the property, can come by if needed.
The apartment is located on one of the main streets in our town. It is located beside one of the most popular restaurants in town. We are 5 minute walk to a major grocery store, 1 minute walk to the free town shuttle, and minutes walk from more restaurants and stores.
Parking is for 2 cars only and located in front of the apartment in the parking lot. Free town shuttle stop 1 block away from apartment.
During winter, the driveway is snow plowed often throughout the day and night, as needed, on both sides of the building to ensure access to the apartment & slopes.
We generally have fast, reliable internet, but canât guarantee there will be no interruptions.
We do our best to keep our place clear of insects and critters, but we are surrounded by nature so cannot guarantee you wonât encounter any.
Snow and storms are part of our mountain weather which gives us great skiing. It is important to be prepared with chains, etc. Refunds will not be given due to chain control or temporary road closures. If you are concerned about weather, we recommend you purchase applicable travel insurance.
- Please leave shoes/boots by the door (board/ski hangers on wall by entrance) and do not bring skis/boards into the apartment.
-Trash to be disposed of in bear proof dumpster and NO food and toiletries left in cars (smelly items). Bears walk through town every evening checking cars and dumpsters even in winter. Make sure to lock the dumpster lid with the attached carabiner.
-Parking of 2 cars only in any open car space. Do not park under the overhang or block garages. Do not park between buildings in front of the snow stack in the winter. Must stay clear for plows.
-No open flames or candles are allowed on the property.
-Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed stay overnight
-In the winter, the roof sheds large amounts of ice and snow. Avoid walking under the edge of the roof of both buildings. Please be sure to watch kids. VERY IMPORTANT.
-Be very careful walking outside in the winter, the parking lot can be icy- even under snow.
- No parties or events of any kind allowed.
