Beautiful interiors, has every thing you need 2 bedroom sleeps 4 queen size bed in each bedroom,flat screen t v in each bedrooms also 2 comfortable sleeping cots available if needed,also alexa.
Covered 10× 24 Front porch, patio furniture also covered back porch 10 ×20 with gas grill and seating, also a firepit, boat or trailer parking also, boat ramp less than 1 mi.away.state park has a beach,hiking trails nice boat ramp 7 mi. away,30 min.to beech bend amusement park,30 min.to mammoth cave,30 min.to Bowling green 7 mi. from Blue Holler ATV Park
neighborhood has nice black top roads, also golf cart friendly are welcome in neighborhood .

Whipsaw was quiet and back in the woods, which is just what we wanted. We would have loved to enjoy the beautiful porches more but the cool temperatures did not allow. We appreciated the very comfortable beds and crisp sheets and slept so good after long days of caving and exploring the area. The drive to cave tours was longer than we expected, but not terrible and a beautiful drive back through the national park or along the parkway. The home was moderately equipped -- would have appreciated a Keurig for convenience since only one of us was a coffee drinker. While the house was very clean, a quick swifter through hanging light fixtures and along tall ceilings to capture cobwebs and dust would be even better. All in all, we loved this home and location and would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful cabin! Beds super comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Only thing I would change is put some heavier curtains in the bedrooms. The curtains are very thin and even with having window blinds as well, the outside lights were very bright and lit up the room. It made it difficult to get much sleep. We still had a wonderful time and would stay again.

I always assume that a property will look smaller or less charming in person. That was definitely not the case here! It was so comfortable and relaxing that we decided to extend our stay, even though it meant losing the money we had already placed on a hotel in Louisville. The lovely porch was perfect for breakfast and bird-watching and there were a couple of friendly local cats that hung around the back. The kitchen was well appointed and we were able to whip together a simple meal as soon as we arrived. Less than 30 min from Mammoth Cave as long as you take the cute ferry that shuttles across the Green River from 6 am to 6 pm. Plenty of hiking, horseback riding and ziplines in the area. The Nolin Lake State park is closed until they fix all the damage from last year’s flood. You can still use the boat launch but that is all. Hopefully they get that fixed up soon, so there will be even more trails to explore!

Beautiful property, inside and out! The neighborhood kitties were a nice addition our 1st night, we returned from an outing to see 3 or 4 deer in the driveway! I'd love to return in the summer to take full advantage of the lake, the amazing front porch, and the fire pit.

The house was lovely. Well stocked and tastefully decorated. Love the screened porch for coffee and drinks. Very clean. Would have liked to be able to see the lake. Short drive to boat launch. Host was readily available to answer questions.

We absolutely loved this property! The hosts thought of everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Really- we lacked nothing. My daughter decided she’d like to live there forever. There were plenty of books, coloring books, games, etc
 to keep her busy, and she loved being able to feed the birds! The front porch is a huge asset, and offered plenty of seating options for enjoying the quiet and listening to the sounds of nature. If you want to do a lot of cooking, consider bringing groceries with you. We were able to find what we needed for two at a nearby Dollar General Market, but large grocery stores are pretty far away. In summer months, there may be nearby farm stands for produce. I HIGHLY recommend this property without reservation! Absolutely beautiful!

If I could rate this property more stars, I would! Every detail was thoughtfully and tastefully executed. The setting was private and quiet. The outside of the house was well lit with automatic lights which was nice to come home to at night. Immaculately clean. Luxurious linens. The porch was such a great, comfortable space to relax. The location was central to everything we planned. We would definitely recommend this property!

Nice property in beautiful area. Well kept, furnished and clean except for some cobwebs here and there up high. Loved the view and furnishings on the balcony. The listing says "5 min walk to SEE the lake", but be prepared that you can't actually get to the lake, you can just see it from behind someone else's property.We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Great stay. open concept of main area was great for hanging out. Kitchen had all the needed pots/pans/etc. Quiet and away from touristy areas so did need to drive a decent amount but that’s what we wanted. House was clean and host were easy to communicate with.

A lovely stay! Welcoming and a comfortable “at home” felling. Nicely decorated with attention to everything you need for your stay and very clean.
