Welcome to Adelaide House, a bright and comfortable flat set within a handsome period building in the heart of West Malvern. Light-filled, thoughtfully laid out, and quietly charming, it’s a place where you can slow down, unpack, and feel at home from the moment you arrive.

Ideal for couples, friends, or small families, the flat offers a relaxed and welcoming base for exploring one of Worcestershire’s most beautiful and historic landscapes.

The living room is generous and inviting, with plenty of space to put your feet up after a day outdoors, curl up with a book, enjoy a film, or plan tomorrow’s walk over a glass of wine. Large windows offer lovely views of the Malvern Hills, including British Camp, bringing the landscape right into the room.

The kitchen is well-proportioned and fully equipped, making it easy to start the day with a relaxed breakfast or wind down in the evening with a simple home-cooked meal.

There are two comfortable bedrooms one featuring a king-size bed, creating a calm and cosy retreat, while the second bedroom includes a double bed and an additional single, ideal for children or extra guests. The modern bathroom offers both a spacious walk-in shower and a deep bathtub, perfect for soaking and unwinding after a long hike on the hills.

Adelaide House is wonderfully located, you’re just a short drive from Great Malvern’s independent shops, cafĂ©s, pubs, and restaurants, as well as the Malvern Theatre and Splash Leisure Complex. The much-loved Brewers Arms pub is less than 50 metres away, making it easy to pop out for a relaxed meal or a pint at the end of the day.

Step outside the front door and, in under 30 seconds, you’ll be walking directly into the Malvern Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. These are the very hills where J.R.R. Tolkien and C.S. Lewis spent many hours walking and talking, drawing inspiration from the landscape — and it’s easy to see why. From gentle rambles to more adventurous climbs, the views stretch across Worcestershire and beyond, with routes leading to the Worcestershire Beacon, open commons, and peaceful ridgelines.

For guests arriving by car, the flat includes dedicated off-street parking for two vehicles, a private EV charging point, and access through a security gate into a secure building, making arrivals and day trips simple and stress-free.

Guests are also welcome to enjoy the private garden and grounds on the property, where you can take a quiet stroll or sit and enjoy the open views of the Malvern Hills and British Camp before heading out for the day.
