The Space:

Welcome to your coastal family retreat, a home designed for relaxation, fun, and making lasting memories. The entire space is bathed in natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive.



The open-plan living area is the perfect place to gather, while the fully equipped kitchen, with seating for nine, invites you to cook up a family feast. Upstairs, ducted heating and cooling ensure your comfort in any season. For entertainment, you can enjoy your favourite shows on the TV, challenge someone to a friendly game of pool in the rumpus room, or gather for a fun night with the provided board games.



When it's time to rest, four comfortable bedrooms with room-darkening shades provide flexible sleeping arrangements for your group:

Bedroom 2: 1 Tri-Bunk (Double on bottom, Single on top) (Upstairs)

Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed (Downstairs)

Club Malua, just down the road, serves modern Australian dishes in a relaxed setting. The Malua Bay IGA, flat walk away, is perfect for groceries and essentials. For more variety, Batemans Bay is around 13 km away, offering a wide range of waterfront restaurants, shopping options, and family-friendly activities
