Previously enjoyed by many happy guests under prior management, this much-loved home is now professionally managed by JL Property Management. Our local team is pleased to continue welcoming guests with a focus on clean presentation, clear communication and a comfortable, well-prepared stay.
Only minutes from Malua Bay Beach, Club Malua, local shops and a short drive to Batemans Bay, this is a beautiful base for your next beachside escape.
The Space:
Welcome to your bright and airy coastal retreat in Malua Bay. Large windows flood this impressive 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home with natural light, highlighting the sleek timber floors and modern furnishings. With stunning sunrise views, this is the perfect destination for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The well-designed layout includes three comfortable living areas, providing ample room for your group to unwind. Downstairs, an open space is perfect for children to play. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing meals, which you can enjoy at the dining table for eight or the kitchen bench for four.
Each of the four beautiful bedrooms exudes comfort, featuring two king beds and two queen beds. The polished bathrooms add a touch of luxury, with one offering a rain shower and the other a relaxing bath. A convenient powder room is also available. Step outside to the undercover alfresco area, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a BBQ dinner while overlooking the landscape.

Small pets under 10kg are permitted upon request. An additional cleaning fee of $100 applies for all pet stays.
