2 Maurice Avenue Mallacoota

This comfortable home offers a wonderful seaside escape in the beautiful coastal town of Mallacoota. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and second with a double bed. There is also a trundle bed in the loungeroom for which linen can be provided (please make this request at the time of your booking). The property has one Jack and Jill bathroom ( 2 door entry ) making it perfect for families, a spacious living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

Offering all the creature comforts of home, this tastefully decorated holiday rental is located roughly 600 meters from Mallacoota's town centre, and roughly 2km from the main wharf and the main surf beaches. The kitchen is fully equipped and the property offers a wide selection of books, novels, DVDs and board games to help guests rest and relax whilst enjoying their holiday.

The property is pet friendly, and the back courtyard and (small) grassed area is fully fenced. We welcome your furry friends at our property, with a limit of two pets. Please keep pets off furniture. . Guests are asked to be considerate of neighbours when travelling with their pets and to leave the courtyard and grassed area free from pet droppings on their departure.

There is a fan forced, wood fire heater at the property. For summer, the loungeroom is airconditioned and each bedroom is supplied with a portable fan.

The property also has a BBQ and a small fire-pit. There is also a washing machine and clothesline for guest use.

There is plenty of room at this property for car and boat parking. Please note that the pool on site is not currently open for guest use.

The property includes linen and towels and access to spare blankets for those chilly nights! Each bedroom has its own oil heater and electric blanket.

There is plenty of parking for cars and boats. The property provides an array of safety features including fire blankets, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

Nice stay with every thing you would need, leave bedding and kitchen items at home. The only thing is the front screen door handle is back the front and is hard to lock.

Nice spot

House was clean. Good size kitchen. Good size bathroom. Some nice extras added like chocolate biscuits and bottle of wine. Good location, close to everything. Only criticism is that there is way too much clutter by way of bulky side tables in lounge. De clutter and add some new taller side lamps to bedrooms that you can read by and perfect! Overall we had a lovely stay. Thank you.

Very well appointed & comfortable..Also very clean but the heating could be improved , I think. It is a pity there is not a second toilet, also. The position in relation to the shops, is great We would definitely stay there , again.

We stayed here on one of our regular fishing trips to Malla. A very comfortable and well appointed place. We enjoyed it very much. We will certainly stay there again if we only have 2 fishers on the trip.

apartment was in a great location, it does need an overhaul , as its aged . had to call several times to the agent lights not working and the aircon didnt work. they responded very quickly and sent out service people . front door didnt close and we couldnt use the pool as they hadnt had it tested. Once we raised the compaint they did offer us a part refund for our trouble. the pool wasnt advertised but for the money we paid for a week it should of been. Think if properties are going to be rented out they need to be maintained. windows didnt close well either.unfortunately sad to leave this feedback as it was a lovely area to stay .

Home away from home

Very comfortable house, generously equipped with everything you could possibly need. Located in town, near shops. Easy walk to the waterfront but no views. Pet friendly. Really enjoyed our stay.

Winter retreat in Mallacoota

This property suited our needs perfectly. We seamlessly moved in for our stay. Enjoying the attention to detail and personality of this home. This was definitely a factor in helping us to fully relax. Close enough proximity to the amenities and the nearby inlet, meant that we were walking more than driving.
