Villa Ligaria Pinnacle is a north facing panoramic seaview villa which means daily stunning sunrise & sunset viewing. The modern luxury minimalist design villa is logged on the hill overlooking the quiet village and organized beach of Ligaria, the location has all the needed amenities for a drive free holiday within a 6 minute walk to the organized beach of Ligaria. The 250m2 is a 3 floor, ensuite 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom villa accommodates 8 guests in beds. The villa amenities are: ping pong table on a separate lawn terrace, bbq and private 40 m2 pool with the child section or sitting area with jets.

What etouri loves about the villa: the breathtaking view available from the villa offering daily ambiance of sunset & sunrise. The villa is perfect for adult couples traveling for a nice getaway and families with teenage children. The holiday at this villa can be very relaxing as the cafes, tavernas, and mini market are all within walking distance.

Bedroom 1
Large ensuite double bedroom (1.60 X 200) with a sofa, A/C, TV and sleek marble style bathroom with rainfall shower. The room includes a treadmill and a small sofa.
First floor & Grounds

Following the stairs to the upper floor is where the main open plan high ceiling living room kitchen and pool area are found. This is also a very scenic floor as you see the views of the sea throughout on this floor. The first floor is dedicated to the open plan kitchen with full appliance and breakfast bar suitable for 3 guests. The living room includes a large sectional sofa, 43" TV, bathroom with laundry pantry. The wood rustic dining table is suitable for 8 guests. There is also a dedicated niche corner with chaise to either perform work or relax.

Outdoor amenities include:


40 sqm pool with depth through out of 1.4 meters with a small waterfall feature as well as a section with 4 hydrojets to relax or can be used as a child section as the depth here is 70 cm. The pool can be heated upon request with an additional daily charge (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice.)

This bedroom is separated by the stairs that lead to the final bedroom which is an attic consisting of 2 single beds (0,90 x 2,00) which can be turned into a double bed, A/C, TV and sleek marble style bathroom with rainfall shower. This room offers mountain views.

The private roadway leads up the hill to the villa allowing for a parking area for 4 cars.


Villa Ligaria Pinnacle is approved by the Greek Tourism Organization & managed by "etouri vacation rental management".
