The villa is located right in the center of Crete and it is surrounded by a twenty acres organic vineyard. It combines sea view, mountain view and panoramic view of the town of Heraklion. It is in the perfect spot for those who wish to explore the island and visit beautiful beaches, traditional villages or our large cities and many other points of interest. It is suitable for couples, children and large groups.

We have equipped the villa with amenities that will meet the needs of even demanding guests. The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with all electric appliances, a fully furnished living room and dining area. It also includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is also high speed WiFi internet in the whole area of the villa and other amenities that will make your stay pleasant. In the pool area you can enjoy the magnificent view and have moments of relaxation. Next to the pool there is the BBQ area with a wood oven and a grill and everything you will need to prepare your meal.

It’s also worthwhile to point out that our guests can watch or participate in the vine harvest if they happen to be in the villa at the time of the event.

Big thanks to the Pervolarakis Family for it’s generosity and awesome hospitality. You have taken the time to come and welcome us and show us your property. You have provided us all what we needed and kept asking if we were missing anything. You are taking good care of your guests. You are amazing hosts and you have been very generous providing some of your homegrown products. Your Villa is gorgeous and extremely well maintained. What to say about the magnificent view on the vineyard, the mountain, the city and the sea. We have rented many places and never felt being home and part of family like here. Amazing stay at a wonderful Villa set in the family vineyards that produce their own wine , olive oil , walnuts , pecans, raisins citrus orchard all of which you are lucky enough to share The owners helped us cook the lamb in the wood/pizza oven and learn how to build a charcoal fire for the grill and cooked a lovely meal for us another night. This is the quintessential Cretan immersion experience. Highly recommend for a wonderful experience and all made possible by the amazing hospitality of this lovely family

We had an amazing time at the villa. Kostas and family were extremely welcoming and brilliants hosts. They have thought of absolutely everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Would highly recommend staying. The home cooked meal and fresh fruit growing on trees right outside the door was a particular highlight!

Perfect villa and charming hosts

One word, Wow. Well equipped villa with stunning views overlooking the vineyards, with the sea in the distance. The villa accommodation is first class, the pool magnificent and has everything you could possibly need. Kostas, Amalia (Mum) and Maria (Sister) are the most generous and attentive hosts, nothing is too much trouble. We were greeted by Amalia and Maria, who showed us around the villa and explained everything we needed to know. The welcome pack was extensive and included a home made cake, olive oil from their olive trees and fresh eggs from the host’s chickens. We can’t praise this property and family enough. This has been the best of many holiday destinations.

Excellent villa with the best host

If I could have scored higher than 5 stars I would have done. The villa is immaculate has everything you need (probably better equipped than my own house). The pool, table tennis, pool table and gym just make it great. The best thing about this villa on top of this though is the host Kostas and his family who will literally do anything to make your stay perfect from supplying free fruit, eggs, cake and wine on arrival to actually cooking us an authentic Greek meal one of the days, cooked by his mum. I would 100% recommend.

The perfect holiday get-away

What can we say other than this was really the perfect holiday week. From the best hosts (Kostas and his family) to a house that looked exactly the way it was presented in VRBO it was really amazing. So clean, there was everything available in the house that you could possibly dream of, a large pool, sea view, completely quiet at nights, a super silent air condition in all rooms, a communication with Kostas where you always received a reply within minutes when we had a question 
. It is impossible not to give this house and its owners a 100% rating!! Next time we are back in the Heraklion area we will most definitely come and stay there again 🙏

Pure Bliss

The villa was absolutely beautiful, well appointed, and stocked for our arrival with delicious homemade Raki, wine from the owners’ vineyard olive oil from their olive trees, walnuts and raisins from their property and a homemade orange cake. Although there was a heat wave in Crete during our stay, the location of this villa provides perfect warm, breezes, plenty of shade and a wonderful pool to cool often. Hands-down, the best part of this villa is the family that owns it. Their hospitality is the stuff Greek mythology is made of. Not only was the villa completely stocked upon our arrival and we were allowed to check in hours before the regular check in time, every need was met with graciousness and efficiency. We were even made a homemade Greek meal that was absolutely delicious for our last night. The first time I stayed at this property it was only for three days. This time I stayed for a week. I’m hoping I can figure out how to spend a whole month here in the future. Perfect house for family Reunion or a group of friends. Situated in the middle of Crete it’s easy to get to every destination of interest.

This is a truly stunning villa that exceeds all expectations. It is every bit as spacious and luxurious as it looks, and is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It is also spotlessly clean. The pool area is fantastic, enjoying the sun all day, and the bbq area is perfect for relaxing with a drink as you cook. The setting on the vineyard is calm and peaceful with exceptional views of the mountains and right across the bay. Sunsets are spectacular. Having a car is an advantage to make the most of exploring this beautiful area. What makes the villa truly special though, is the kindness, generosity and thoughtfulness of the hosts. They are attentive without being intrusive, respond quickly to requests and are genuinely warm, lovely people. There was a fantastic welcome park on arrival, and we enjoyed fresh grapes and other fruit from the vineyard, eggs from the free range hens, homemade orange cake and a delicious meal. Thank you so much Kostas and family for such a wonderful holiday. It was lovely to meet you all.
