The villa features a private 25m² infinity private swimming pool (1,40m depth, non-heated), offering refreshing swims with breathtaking views of Pantanassa Bay. A shaded outdoor dining area with a modern gas BBQ is perfect for al fresco meals and gatherings, with the shimmering sea as your backdrop. With secure parking for two cars, every detail has been thoughtfully designed to ensure a luxurious and seamless retreat.

*The villa’s private pool is available for enjoyment from March - November, perfectly complementing the breathtaking sea views. During the winter months, the villa remains fully open and welcoming, though the pool is temporarily closed.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests total, 8 guests sleep in real beds and 2 additional guests can be accommodated on the living room sofa beds.
