Our newly furnished holiday flat with a total area of approx. 47 mÂČ on the first floor combines comfort with a homely atmosphere that will make your stay unforgettable. Modern amenities and stylish design await you to make your holiday as pleasant as possible.
Inside the flat you will find an approx. 25 mÂČ living room with direct access to the balcony, equipped with cosy balcony furniture - the perfect place for your morning coffee or to relax with a glass of wine in the evening. A separate bedroom with a spacious 2 metre x 2 metre double bed, equipped with anti-allergy tested health mattresses and height-adjustable slatted frame, promises restful nights. The flat has a tastefully furnished living/dining room in maple decor, a two-seater sofa, satellite TV with more than 100 international programmes, WLAN Internet connection and a fully equipped kitchenette that leaves nothing to be desired. A bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC round off the comfort package.
The outdoor area of the non-smoking house offers a well-tended garden for shared use as well as garden furniture for relaxing evenings outdoors. A garden shed is available for you to safely store any bicycles or sports equipment you may have brought with you.
In the immediate vicinity of our holiday flat you will find a wealth of leisure activities. Whether boat trips, cycling tours, fishing, golf, horse riding, canoeing and climbing adventures or relaxing days at the nearby lake - there is something for everyone.
