Our newly renovated holiday apartment in the heart of Malchow offers a spacious 205 sqm of living space, accommodating up to 13 guests. Whether it’s a family getaway, a vacation with friends, or a special corporate event, this property provides the perfect setting to create cherished memories together.

The interior combines style and comfort: elegant real wood parquet flooring in the middle floor exudes a cozy and refined living atmosphere. The highlight is undoubtedly the enormous rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy relaxed BBQ evenings under the open sky, unwind in the private sauna, or simply take in the stunning views. A billiard table promises entertaining moments with your group. For cinematic experiences, the living room transforms into a private home theater, equipped with a state-of-the-art 4K projector and an automatically retractable screen.

The five individually designed bedrooms offer plenty of flexibility. Three of them feature comfortable double beds, ideal for couples or those who value extra space. Another bedroom includes a cozy single bed, while the fifth room is equipped with four single beds, perfect for children, teens, or friends traveling together. This spacious "kids' room" also features a play corner where the little ones can read or play. Additional guests can make use of the sofa bed. Naturally, a washing machine and dryer are available to make your stay as convenient as possible.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, and, of course, a refrigerator with freezer compartments.

One of the bedrooms is fitted with a desk and HDMI monitor for remote work. High-speed internet is available throughout the apartment.

A baby cot and stair gates are also available for an additional fee of €15 per week.

Malchow, lovingly known as the "Island City" situated between Lake Fleesensee and Lake Plauer See, offers a variety of leisure activities: explore the historic old town, stroll across the famous swing bridge, or visit the organ museum and the impressive monastery complex.
