This studio has a bedroom with a double bed in an open space but independent from the rest of the apartment. It is connected to the living room, kitchen and dining area which makes the place a spacious and comfortable space for your stay. This apartment allows you to enjoy having coffee, reading a book, watching your favorite series, working, studying and feeling at home from a single space that perfectly combines elegance and comfort. The apartment is located on the second floor with elevator. It has air conditioning and all the amenities you need to make your stay a perfect time in the capital of the Costa del Sol.

The apartment is located north of the old town. Ideal for visiting the city's museums and attractions. The nearest beach, Playa de la Malagueta, is 2.6km away (about half an hour walking). It is strategically located and within a few minutes you will find the most representative places in the city: it is only a 10-minute walk from Plaza de la Merced, 5 minutes from the University, and it is surrounded by restaurants, museums, supermarkets and leisure areas.



The apartment does not have parking. The public parking "Garage las Delicias" is located 4 minutes walking away.

Their approximate rates are:

- 39 EUR Friday to Sunday

- 20 EUR per day



The main points of interest will be just a few minutes' walk away, however, if you like to explore every corner and get to know the city in more depth, Málaga has an extensive bus network and around the apartment you will find a variety of stations.



For stays of 28 days or more, please take into account the following information:

1. You will need to sign a rental contract

2. Utilities such as electricity, water and gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.

3. You will need to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 125 EUR.
