The accommodation is located in one of the best areas of the city, in a central zone, just steps away from La Malagueta beach and in front of the Muelle 1 shopping center. Its modern design and equipment are designed to ensure your comfort and entertainment during your next adventure in MĂĄlaga. The studio features a double bed, a fully equipped bathroom with shower and toilet. Additionally, a beautiful living room that shares space with the kitchen, equipped with all the implements you will need to prepare your favorite meals and a dishwasher to take care of the dishes.
This space is modern, warm, and perfect for relaxing, enjoying, and getting to know the best of Andalusian culture.
Remember that moving around the city to the main points of interest will be much more practical due to the proximity of the studio's location. Additionally, MĂĄlaga has an extensive network of trains and buses that will connect you with other points you may need. Ask us if you have any doubts.
*Currently, renovation works are being carried out in the building, which could generate occasional noise.
Keep in mind that for bookings of 28 nights or more:
· 1. You must sign a lease agreement
· 2. Public services such as electricity, water, or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the invoices are available. Internet is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
· 3. You shall assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 125 EUR
In the event that an in-person Check In is required or requested, the charge would be:
$25 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
$60 from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
