Marbella SpringÂŽs penthouse apartment has gone through a total refurbishment in the spring of 2016 and it is fully furnished. The apartment is located on the small hill, just above the Santa Maria Golf Club. The golf club in the valley below creates a gorgeous orchard style view followed by fantastic unspoiled views to the sea.

When entering the penthouse, you will find a beautiful open plan kitchen- lounge with breathtaking views to the golf course and the sea. From the open plan kitchen/ lounge there is a natural flow straight to the main terrace. Our gem which we are proud to present to you!
The main terrace is spacious ( 26 mÂČ) and it is an ideal place to host precious dinner parties. Main terrace has a 3 seater sofa and coffee table and a 6 seater dinner table and chairs. The main terrace also has a 4 person Jacuzzi and a BBQ.
The apartment is spread over two floors both of which floors have a bedroom, en-suite and a terrace.
Carefully selected materials and interior design has created a sophisticated yet harmonic atmosphere throughout the apartment and therefore makes Marbella Spring a unique and exclusive destination.

Santa Maria Golf is situated in the valley below the apartment. There is also a lovely little shopping / dining area in the village of Elviria. The area is approximately 1 km from Marbella Spring where you will find all the necessary shops, such as: 2 supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bank, barber/hairdresser and almost 20 restaurants. On your way to Elviria village, you will find Aventura Amazon Marbella Adventure Park.
The seaside and the beach are calling! Just a few minutes drive away, you will find beautiful sandy beaches, lovely restaurants and the famous and legendary Nikki Beach Marbella Club.
