Welcome to our stunning mountain retreat in Maggie Valley, NC, where relaxation and family fun amongst Appalachian nature will be your theme. With 4 sleeping areas and 3.5 bathrooms, this spacious house can comfortably accommodate 10 guests.

Step inside and experience the allure of the great outdoors with unique décor and themed nature cabin touches throughout. This home is located in the heart of gorgeous Maggie Valley, with breathtaking views of the valley and Eaglenest Ridge and plenty of fun things to do nearby.

This house is designed for both fun and relaxation, with an array of amenities to keep everyone entertained. The game room is your center for fun with a full-size slate pool table, an arcade game station, a huge HD Smart TV, and access to the humongous lower deck with hot tub and string lights. Catch your favorite movie or stream the latest shows on one of the 4 Large HD Smart TVs throughout the house. High-speed WIFI is available throughout the property.

For your outdoor enjoyment, the front porch is surrounded by plant life with a rope swing and Adirondack chairs for a quiet spot to read a book. The lower deck features a 5-person hot tub which is equipped with advanced cleaning systems, in-tub lights, and high-speed jets for the ultimate relaxation experience. The hot tub area is covered so you won't have to worry about rain. Plenty of seating on this deck as well. The upper deck is equipped with an 8-person dining table, gas grill, and plenty of rocking chairs in front of a gas firepit for that comfy feeling that fire provides. The firepit and rocking chair area is covered and has sliding door access from the master bedroom.

Downstairs, you'll find a loaded game room with full-size 8' slate pool table, a 65" HD Smart TV, 2 arcade stations, a pull-out couch, and a full bathroom with corner shower. There is also access through the game room to the lower deck.

The main floor has the master bedroom, the master bathroom (en suite), a half bathroom, the main living room, a dining room, and kitchen. The living room features a 65" HD Smart TV, a huge couch, and wood-burning fireplace, The dining room seats 8 and the kitchen is fully stocked for all your essential cooking needs including a Keurig. The bedroom features a king bed, 55" HD Smart TV, dedicated work station, and sliding door access to the upper deck. The master bathroom has a private bathroom with double vanity and separate room with toilet and walk-in shower. There is also access next to the dining room to the upper deck.

Upstairs, you'll find a second enclosed bedroom with queen sized daybed, full-size trundle bed, and 55" HD Smart TV. There is also a loft room with pull-out couch and sitting area with toys and books for kids. The upstairs also features a full-size washer and dryer in a dedicated laundry room and a shared full bathroom with tub/shower combination.

At the bottom of the neighborhood there is a beautiful public golf club with spa and bar/grill and a local park. Horseback riding and seasonal skiing/tubing are a short drive away. Plenty of other amenities are nearby, including limitless hiking and nature trails, elk watching venue, motorcycle museum, mini-golf, and a large lake (Lake Junalaska) for canoeing and kayaking.

*Skiing and tubing season typically run from mid-November to mid-March every year at the Cataloochee ski area. only 9 miles from the house!

*The Biltmore Estate is 30 miles away, and the Blue Ridge Parkway is 15 miles away. Both are an easy day trip from the house.

The entire property is yours to use except for the garage and owners closet. The land downhill of the retaining wall and deck is also off limits for your safety.
