The living area is both comfortable and practical, with a wall bed featuring a double mattress cleverly integrated into the space, allowing the room to transform effortlessly between day and night use. Also on this floor, you will find a complete bathroom, ensuring convenience for all guests.
Adding to the charm of the loft, an open mezzanine overlooks the main living area, enhancing the sense of openness and architectural character. This upper space is fitted with two single beds and forms an integral part of the loft concept. It offers a cozy yet airy sleeping area, ideal for children or additional guests, while maintaining a visual connection with the rest of the home.
The lower level provides a more retreat, designed for rest and relaxation. Here, the main bedroom features a comfortable double bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. This level offers a greater sense of privacy, making it particularly suitable for guests who prefer a quieter and more secluded sleeping area within the home.
