Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.
Welcome to Trecase, a magnificent beach-themed apartment located in the prestigious Recoletos neighborhood of Madrid. The tree lined streets of this area encompass some of Madridâs most important historical buildings. Spanning 165 square meters, this spacious and stylish retreat offers the perfect blend of coastal charm and modern luxury for an unforgettable stay in the heart of the city.
Trecase boasts three beautifully designed bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen size bed. One of the bedrooms features a dedicated workstation, providing a tranquil space for work or study. Furthermore, this bedroom is accompanied by a spacious walk-in closet, offering ample storage space for your belongings and adding a touch of sophistication to the room and additionally, an ensuite bathroom, ensuring convenience and privacy during your stay. The other two bedrooms are beautifully decorated in accordance with the beach theme. The apartment encompasses a second detached bathroom, which is thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities you may need.
The heart of Trecase is the elegant living room, where you can unwind and enjoy quality time with loved ones. The ocean hues and chic decor are reminiscent of the delicate and peaceful Amalfi Coast. A comfortable sitting area invites you to relax, while a full entertainment system ensures you can indulge in your favorite movies and shows. For those who need to work remotely, a dedicated workstation in the living room offers a quiet and inspiring space. The fully furnished kitchen is a chef's delight, complete with modern appliances and a convenient island for meal preparation. The large dining table nearby provides the perfect setting for delightful meals and gatherings with friends and family.
