It is a 25 m2 street view practical and functional double room in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

It is located on the third floor and the building has a lift. In the lobby you will have to navigate a small flight of steps to reach the lift.

The room is distributed in a sunny and modern space with a double bed of 1.35 cm dressed with its bedding and two pleasant different street view balconies.

The accommodation does not have air conditioning installed at the moment, but we have provided a portable air conditioning unit; in addition to an electric heater, space to store your belongings, television and a small dining table.

The bathroom has a comfortable shower, bath gel and a hairdryer.
We provide one towel per guest that you will find on the bed.

You also have a small equipped kitchen with the main appliances, crockery for 2 people and other usual utensils.

You will find a laundry area for shared use with other guests in the common area of the accommodation complex.

The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.
