A home away from home with all the amenities one could wish for is what you will find in this elegant yet comfortable duplex in the heart of the city center. All major points of interest as well as the business and financial district are close by and within walking distance. The apartment is very quiet as it is on the top floor of the building. This apartment is ideal for both private and business travel. High speed internet up to 1G is available as well as a dedicated workspace.
On the first floor you will find a spacious living room with integrated kitchen and an incredible room height of up to 5 meters with plenty of natural light through the very high window as well as through the ceiling window. Upstairs you have a dedicated work area that from you look down into the living room as well as the double bedroom and a spacious bathroom.
A/C is available throughout the apartment as well as radiator heating. TV with the usual channels and apps is available as well.
Please note that this apartment is a duplex, which means that the spaces are distributed on 2 different levels which are connected via stairs. It is not necessary to climb stairs to reach the apartment as it has an elevator available, however, you will have to use the stairs inside the apartment.
