This studio has been thoughtfully designed for a medium-term stay in Madrid. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable double bed and a practical sofa bed, making it the perfect retreat for families or friends looking to enjoy a shared stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, along with a wide variety of kitchen utensils so you can enjoy home-cooked meals during your time in Madrid. The bathroom also comes with towels, personal hygiene products, and a hairdryer. Additionally, the studio features a balcony overlooking the seasonal swimming pool.

Although it is a studio, every corner has been cleverly utilized to ensure the comfort of guests during their time in Madrid. Every detail has been carefully considered to provide a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The building also offers the added bonus of a swimming pool, open during the summer months of July and August.

This charming studio is located in a vibrant neighborhood of Madrid, where you'll find everything you need for a temporary stay: supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, bars, and more.

Just a short walk from the Puerta de Atocha train station.



HOW TO GET HERE

From the Airport (Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas):

Take Line 8 towards Nuevos Ministerios, then transfer to Line 6 towards Lucero.

Get off at Moncloa, then transfer to Line 3 towards Villaverde Alto.

Get off at Embajadoresstation and walk to the provided address.

From Atocha Station:

Take Line 1 towards Pinar de Chamartín.

Get off at Sol, then transfer to Line 3 towards Villaverde Alto.

Get off at Embajadoresstation and walk to the provided address.

From Chamartín Station:

Take Line 1 towards Valdecarros.

Get off at Sol, then transfer to Line 3 towards Villaverde Alto.

Get off at Embajadoresstation and walk to the provided address.

GETTING AROUND

The studio benefits from its proximity to Deliciasmetro station (Line 3) and the local commuter train station (Renfe Cercanías), both within walking distance. In addition, the availability of buses and taxis in the area ensures that you'll always have convenient transportation options during your stay in the capital.





PLEASE NOTE

The swimming pool is seasonal and is open from mid-June to mid-September.

Baby cots are available to rent for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card upon check-in.

Parties and similar events are not allowed in this accommodation.

A smartphone with internet access is required to enter the apartment.

Tenants will be required to sign a temporary rental agreement. This contract aligns with the original booking conditions and specifies the duration of the stay, confirming that the purpose of the rental is not permanent occupancy or primary residence. It must include the tenant’s permanent address (where they are officially registered) and the reason for the rental.

Please note that if you book the apartment on the same day as your arrival, we cannot guarantee it will be ready in time for check-in before 5:30pm
