Spanning across 102 square meters, Portici provides ample space for you to relax and unwind. The apartment features two tastefully decorated bedrooms, each equipped with a cozy queen-size bed and a dedicated workstation.

Each bedroom also offers access to a small balcony, where you can enjoy a breath of fresh air and soak up the neighborhood's energy. One of the bedrooms boasts an ensuite bathroom, providing convenience and privacy during your stay. In addition, there is another detached bathroom available for your comfort. The living room is designed with your relaxation in mind. The circle mirrors, fun textures, and beachy neutral colors bring a wave of fresh coastal feel inside. The space features a comfortable seating area, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. The fully furnished kitchen is complete with modern appliances and all the necessary amenities. For your comfort, Portici is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant and refreshing ambiance throughout the apartment. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
