Located in the historic Ríos Rosas neighborhood, in the Chamberí district and very well connected to both the city center and the airport and IFEMA, Ponzano Apartment is a cozy and newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment that combines comfort and functionality. With capacity for up to 4 people, and located between the “Ríos Rosas” and “Alonso Cano” metro stations—less than 4 minutes’ walk from either—Ponzano Apartment is your ideal home for a temporary stay in Madrid.

Ponzano Apartment features ducted air conditioning and heating by radiator to ensure a pleasant temperature both in summer and winter.

The layout includes 2 double bedrooms, each well-equipped with storage space and hangers. You will also find made-up beds, towels, and an iron with an ironing board.

The living area includes a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV to enjoy your favorite shows during your time in Madrid. High-speed Wi-Fi is also available in case you need to work remotely.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals: a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, and a full set of kitchenware and dishes. There is also a washing machine-dryer, ideal for longer stays.

Ponzano Apartment also features a bathroom with a modern shower. For your convenience, we provide welcome amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, soap, and toilet paper, as well as a hairdryer.

Enjoy flexible arrival with self check-in: thanks to the electronic lock system, you can access the apartment independently. Please note that a smartphone with an internet connection is required.

Baby cots are available for rent at €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
-Although the building has an elevator, there are about 10 stepsfrom the elevator to the apartment door.

Guests must present a valid ID and a credit card upon check-in.
Parties and similar events are not allowed in this accommodation.
A smartphone with an internet connection is required to access the apartment.
The tenant must sign a short-term rental contract, which respects the original booking conditions. The contract must state the duration of the stay and confirm that the rental purpose is not for permanent residence, including the tenant’s permanent address and the reason for the rental.
Please note that if your arrival date coincides with the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for check-in.
