Welcome to Pedra, a stunning 137 square meter grassland theme apartment located in the charming Trafalgar neighborhood of Madrid. Boasting three spacious double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and two with dedicated workstations, and a cozy single bedroom with a dedicated workstation. With a total of four bathrooms, three ensuite and one detached, there's never a wait for the shower. This apartment is perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together.

The open plan living room and kitchen area is flooded with light from a French balcony, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The living room features a full entertainment system, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day exploring the city. The rustic dining table paired with plants and woven grass light hangings bring the grassland theme to life. The fully furnished kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, including a refrigerator, stove, and oven.

Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with a grassland theme, creating a tranquil atmosphere for rest and relaxation. The apartment also comes with air conditioning, ensuring that you'll stay cool and comfortable even on the hottest Madrid days. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
