Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Ojen is a spectacular apartment in the Trafalgar neighborhood of Madrid. This lively neighborhood is known for hip bars, trendy boutiques, and bustling nightlife. Take a leisurely stroll through the charming streets and soak up the historic and cultural vibe of this unique area. When ready, come home to experience Ojen’s original design.

The living and dining areas, along with the kitchen, are all in one, beautifully designed, wide open space. The classy and elegant decor is complemented by natural light pouring in through full-length windows, creating a room ideal for hosting guests, or unwinding after a long day. The modern kitchen is separated from the rest by a stylish, marble breakfast bar.

Ojen contains three, spacious, en-suite double bedrooms, along with an extra single room and bathroom. This makes the apartment an excellent choice for larger groups, or families. The artful decor continues throughout the apartment, with each room having its own distinct feel. The bathrooms are all complete with modern fittings, for convenience.

Whether staying in Madrid for a few weeks or a few months, Ojen is the perfect place to call home. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
