Welcome to your new home in the heart of Madrid!
Enjoy a unique experience during your stay in the most central spot of Spainâs capital. This modern apartment for up to 7 people is located on one of the streets closest to the famous Puerta del Sol. However, since it is an interior apartment facing two courtyards, it is very quiet. Madrid Experience is ideal for spending some time in the heart of Madrid without sacrificing a good nightâs sleep.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 4 double beds, making it perfect for families or groups of up to 7 people.
Its central location makes it ideal for getting around the city and also provides access to the best supermarkets, traditional and trendy bars, the most famous restaurants, and everything you need to enjoy Madrid life for a while.
All beds come fully made, and we also provide towels.In addition, one of the bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom.
The apartment features an open-plan kitchen-living room with a dining table, 7 stools, and a sofa. There is also a TV in this area to enjoy a good movie after a long day working or studying in Madrid.
The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric kettle, washing machine, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, and a full selection of kitchen utensils and crockery.
Furthermore, Madrid Experience includes two full bathrooms with modern showers (one of them ensuite) and an additional half bathroom with a toilet. In the bathrooms, you will find shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, and a hairdryer.
Additional amenities include:
âąAir conditioning and central heating to enjoy the perfect temperature all year round.
âąHigh-speed Wi-Fi connection.
âąIron and ironing board.

Madrid Experience is located in the Barrio de las Letras, on one of the lively streets next to Puerta del Sol, making its location unbeatable: enjoy the most authentic Madrid experience during your time in the Spanish capital. Within a few minutes' walk, youâll find the beautiful Plaza de Santa Ana, the impressive Plaza Mayor, Paseo del Prado, and all the most iconic streets of Madrid.

GETTING AROUND
You can walk to all the areas in Madrid, but there are also several metro and train stations nearby, as well as buses.
âąSol Metro Station:Lines 1, 2, and 3, plus commuter trains: Lines C3, C3a, C4a, C4b.
âąAtocha Station:For long-distance and commuter trains (lines C1, C2, C3, C3a, C4a, C4b, C5, C7, C8, C10).
To reach the apartment:
âąFrom the airport:You can take a taxi with a fixed rate of âŹ33 or come by metro: take Line 8from the airport, transfer at Nuevos Ministerios to Line 10 to Tribunal, then switch to Line 1to Sol. Walk 4 minutes to the apartment.
âąFrom Atocha Station:Take Line 1of the metro directly to Sol and walk to the apartment. You can also walk from the station (about 22 minutes), though it's uphill.
âąFrom ChamartĂn Station:Take Line 1directly to Sol and walk 4 minutes.
You can also arrive by car and park in a nearby parking garage. Please check the Madrid City Council website for information on possible environmental restrictions and authorized parking areas.
