Restaurants and cafes:For a delicious meal, close to the flat you will find two excellent options: Mesón de Las regiones and Restaurante Mar Y Sal. If you prefer to have a coffee or enjoy a snack, you can choose between Cafetería Monte Estoril or Cafetería Transmontano.
Car parks: Parking Delicias 24 h and car park Madrid atocha for cars, vans and caravans. Both car parks are convenient and nearby options, perfect if you arrive by car or need to park in the area.
Supermarkets:Carrefour Express and a Mercadona just a few minutes from the flat. These supermarkets offer you a variety of options to satisfy your daily shopping needs in the neighbourhood.
HOW TO GET AROUND

Metro Station: Metro:Delicias metro station line 3 is just a few minutes away and Legazpi line 6 and 3.
To get to the flat:

From the airport: Take Metro Line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios, where you transfer to Line 10 towards Puerta del Sur. Get off at Plaza de España and transfer to Line 3, which will take you to Delicias station. From there, you will only have to walk about 3 minutes to the flat.
From Atocha station:I recommend walking from Atocha to the flat, as it only takes about 15 minutes and is quite a pleasant walk. If you prefer to go by metro, you can take Line 1 from Atocha to Sol, change there to Line 3 and get off at Delicias. From the station, you will only have to walk a few minutes to the flat.
From Chamartín:Take Metro Line 10 and get off at Plaza de España. There, transfer to Line 3 and continue to Delicias station. On leaving, you will only have to walk a few minutes to the flat.
If you are coming by car, check the Madrid City Council website to find out where to drive and where to park.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

-The building is currently undergoing elevator installation, so there may be some disturbances during your stay. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.



-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
