This elegant and spacious 2 bedroom apartment is located in the La Latina neighborhood, and has all the amenities for you to live or vacation. The area of La Latina is located in the heart of Madrid, adjacent to other areas of great tourist interest such as Austrias, Sol-Gran Vía and Lavapiés. Its streets, of medieval origin, have mostly irregular, narrow and winding paths that lead to beautiful squares. You'll find the Plaza de la Cebada, where the market used to be held, the Plaza de los Carros, the Plaza de la Paja and the Rastro, Madrid's most famous open-air market. It is one of the most pleasant areas at any time, appreciated by tapas lovers during the day and with a lively nightlife.

TrÚs bien placé, à rafraichir

Logement trÚs peu lumineux, mais c'est pas ce que nous recherchions donc pour nous ce n'a pas été un problÚme. Au centre de Madrid on fait tout a pied et trÚs accessible par 2 stations de métro. Seul chose à redire il mériterait un bon rafraichissement peinture et enduit à certains endroit + quelques petits accessoire tel que support papier toilette, support savon douche et support pour serviette de toilette.

This space was neither beautiful nor spacious. We stayed with three adults and it was tough to turn around inside the apartment when there was more than one person in any room, and nearly impossible in the bathroom. I’ve lived in an NYC studio for 5 years that was nearly twice the size of this space. Access is through the rear staircase that made it quiet but was under construction during our stay. It was very difficult for my 70 year old mother to navigate, and she only did it once. The apartment had all the allure of a prison, bleak and tiny. The walls were dingy and dirty with damage everywhere
a simple coat of paint would do wonders. When we arrived at midnight from an overseas flight, we couldn’t even use the shower because the drain had nearly an inch of standing water and mold from a long standing drainage issue. I would not recommend this stay to anyone. We left at midnight and found several local hotels that were much nicer and around the same price in centro Madrid. Host also asked for a security deposit that was not listed in the add and has not yet been refunded even though we never stayed a night in the apartment. We asked for a refund, but were denied by the management company even though we never spent a night there. Our dispute with the credit card company for deceptive and misleading advertising is pending.

SĂșper recomendada, nuestra estancia fue muy cĂłmoda estuve con mis 2 hijos y mi esposo. Limpio amplio, tienes restaurantes y tiendas cerca. Supersito enfrenre del edificio para comprar aguas botanas etc. la estaciĂłn de metro a unos pasos, y a 10min de plaza mayor caminando. La atenciĂłn de los anfitriones excelente atentos a cada momento. Muy agusto. Recomiendo ampliamente

Great stay

We enjoyd our stay very much. Location is perfect. The appartment is quiet, but all the tourist attractions are in walking distance. Beds and shower are good. Livingroom is small, but the bedrooms are big enough. We missed a balcony, but we didnt read the information very well. Overall; we loved it.

Great Location

The property was as described. It worked well for 3 people but more than that it would feel crowded in the apartment. Location is excellent located between two metro stops and a 5 minute walk to Plaza Mayor. Check in was easy and the app allowed everyone in our party to access the property via the remote locks. Property is very convenient to a grocery store. The air conditioning worked well and cooled the apartment quickly. Nothing fancy about the apartment but it is in a great location at a reasonable price.

Kind of a tiny apartment. Owners live in the front part of the apartments and they were not happy to see us. They are very upset about the renting that goes on and trust me they let us know that. Loved the location very nice to walk around and have everything near by.

Excellent location but not good if you have several pieces of luggage

The apartment was exactly as pictured and was clean. The rooms are very small, but still functional. We found it challenging to have to walk through the indoor/outdoor corridor and up many flights of stairs with several pieces of luggage. When we first arrived it was dark and at first we had trouble locating the apartment even using the provided instructions. The location was in close walking distance to everything we needed and we enjoyed our walk through El Rastro on Sunday. Overall, we were happy with our stay. Thank you

Tiny tiny property. Barely any natural light. No mattress protectors. No tea towels. Horrible building with scaffolding everywhere. Avoid!!

Good location

Communication with property owner was excellent. Issues were resolved very quickly. Property was well located in city Centro though apartment was smaller than pictures represented. Kitchen sparsely appointed. Had to go through construction to get to apartment. Other tenants in the building were friendly, but voiced they have voted to not have short time renters in the building.
