Newly renovated apartment in the center of Embajadores!



The apartment is made up of two private rooms, both with air conditioning, one of them is a double room with a double bed (1.35cm) fully equipped (wardrobe, mirror, tables, etc.) with an exterior window with an incredible panoramic view.



The second room has a 1.05cm single bed.



The bright living room is composed of a dining room, a seating area and a kitchen. It has a comfortable double sofa bed (1.35cm bed), air conditioning and two access to two terraces, one with a table and chairs and the other with a seating area (armchairs and table), plants, etc.



The kitchen has complete kitchenware, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, cleaning products and utensils,



The bathroom is fully equipped with everything you need (towel pack, toilet paper, shampoo and gel, hair dryer, etc.), sink, toilet, shower tray, etc.

You will have access to the terrace where you will find a nice space to relax, with seats and a small table from where you can enjoy the spectacular views.



The apartment is located inside a very characteristic building as it is one of the best known in the area as it has a spectacular façade and is right in front of the Embajadores metro stop.

Really loved staying here. Eclectic area with lots of tapas bars, big supermarket and bakery on doorstep. The metro station is literally at the door. Air con was good and throughout. Too hot for much use of the terrace! Would stay here again.

The apartment was comfortable and at a great location. HOWEVER the water heater was not working, water was freezing cold, decided to heat some water on the range to wash up and it didn't work either! I messaged owner and did not get a response until the next day at 10:00 a.m., after we had already checked out. It was a shame, the building and apartment has a lot of character and we would have enjoyed it if it wasnt for not being able to shower!

The unit was okay similar to what they advertised. The building itself very old, not in great shape. And the elevator doesn't work properly. I got stuck on the elevator with. My daughter had to get myself off of it by trying to pull the doors apart and jumping down. Carries bags of luggage up 6 floors

The view from this unit was amazing, and it was so centrally located. Sightseeing and navigating from this unit was very easy. We didn't think we needed a crib since there was a single bed available in the other room, but the bedframe was quite high, so we had to ask for a crib last minute. They were able to have the crib delivered with the sheets necessary that evening, which was so amazing! The place does look like the photo in a way, but it is MUCH more dated. There was a broken piece of the living room table, which was nerve-racking with a toddler, and the sink drain was absolutely awful. But the washroom comes stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo, and body wash.

Needs some work...

This unit has potential but needs some TLC as it is tired and therefore hard to keep clean. Positives: Good location on the top floor with two useful small decks. Despite being on a major picturesque roundabout, it was not too loud. Plenty of light through ample windows. Efficient, small kitchen & living space. Small but useful elevator. Building in solid shape. Cons- The bathroom was run down and hard to keep clean (awful but had a tuft of hair stuck to the bottom of the door that couldn't be removed). Floors were not clean/or collected dirt easily. Tired bedroom & bedding. The second room was as described but very small. If the owner invested in some minor upgrades, it would be rental-worthy but we would not otherwise return.

Extremely well situated. In front of train station and many stores around. Apartment is ok, but needs a lot of love. Most drawers and cabinets need to be adjusted to close. Need a big cleanup. It give the impression that they only sweep and do surface cleaning and not real cleaning, especially on the floors. I still would recommend if you are not planing on spending much time time inside or cooking. The water heater wasn’t working when we arrived. They resolved the situation rapidly. According to the plumber that came, it is a common problem with these type of buildings. I don’t believe its negligence from owner.

El apartamento es muy lindo y cómodo, es tal cual como se ve en las fotos, con unas vistas hermosasEstá situado en una excelente ubicación, con una estación de metro en la puerta y accesible para ir caminando a todos los puntos para visitar en la ciudad.el único problema fue que tuvimos inconvenientes con la calefacción y necesitamos asistencia, fue muy difícil la comunicación ya que es sólo a través de una llamada telefónica y con nuestros teléfonos no permitían esas llamadas, asique mi única sugerencia es mejorar la asistencia a los huéspedes, lo demás fue excelente

Lo mejor la ubicación !!

No tiene ahora diseño increíble .. está a falta de bastante mantenimiento .. mesas terraza roñosas, lámparas de pie no funcionan bien, las puertas algunas comidas por la humedad..las escaleras de madera muy gastadas y peligrosas y el ascensor se estropea con frecuencia ..3 días tuvimos que subir y bajar andando, otro día se estropeó la caldera, los muebles de poca calidad .. lo único con buena nota la ubicación . Estaría bien que lo restauren para que sea de diseño .. volvería por la ubicación Gracias
