The apartment features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms—one with a shower and another with a bathtub—plus an additional toilet, offering an especially comfortable layout for families, family groups, business trips, or longer stays in Madrid. With capacity for 6 guests, the combination of two double beds, a single bed, and two extra beds provides great flexibility for different types of stays.



The housing has spacious common areas, equipped kitchen, air conditioning and internet connection included, creating a comfortable and well-prepared environment for different types of stays.



In addition, staying at Doctor Fleming connects you with NUGA Castellana, a new urban space located on the ground floor of the building and designed to make your daily life more comfortable. Restaurants, cafes, terraces and services right at the entrance that provide an extra layer of comfort for having breakfast before a meeting, working away from home or enjoying the surroundings at the end of the day.



NUGA Castellana complements the building experience with a useful and accessible offering, especially interesting for business trips, relocation or temporary stays, while maintaining the independence and privacy of a well-equipped apartment.



For stays of less than 28 nights: • Keys are collected at a pickup point near the building. We will send you the details before your arrival. • Schedule: €0 Monday to Saturday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Sundays until 7:00 PM | €60 outside these hours.



For stays of 28 nights or more:

• In this case, check-in will be in person and you must coordinate your arrival time in advance with our team. Schedule: €0 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM | €60 from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

• It will be necessary to sign a temporary rental contract

• Utilities (electricity, water, and gas) are included up to a maximum of €150 per month. If this limit is exceeded, the additional amount will be charged once the corresponding invoices are received

• Internet included

• An additional administrative fee of €200 will be applied.
