Each room is equipped with air conditioning and high-speed internet, ensuring a comfortable stay regardless of the season. The expansive layout provides generous living spaces, including a large dining area and a bright, welcoming living room where you can relax while enjoying the spectacular views of Plaza Mayor right from your window.
The apartment includes three well-appointed bedrooms designed for both comfort and flexibility. The master bedroom features a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a sofa bed, and a spacious walk-in closet, making it ideal for families or those who appreciate extra space. The second bedroom offers a double bed (150x190 cm) along with its own en-suite bathroom, providing added privacy. The third bedroom is also furnished with a comfortable double bed (150x190 cm), making the apartment perfectly suited for groups or families traveling together.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals at home, whether itâs a quick breakfast or a full dinner. Modern appliances and ample workspace make it both functional and enjoyable to use. Additional amenities include a SMART TV, heating, and an elevator in the building for easy access. Your stay includes a complete package with high-speed internet, final cleaning, fresh bed linen, towels, and both air conditioning and heating, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience from arrival to departure.
Guests are kindly asked to respect the house rules to maintain a pleasant environment for everyone in the building. This is a quiet residential community, so noise should be kept to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The apartment, and particularly the kitchen, should be left in good condition upon departure. Guests are also responsible for disposing of their rubbish properly, using the designated bins outside the building between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM.
Please note that parties, pets, and smoking are strictly not allowed. Two sets of keys will be provided at check-in (valued at âŹ50 each), and any loss or failure to return them will incur a replacement charge. Guests should also take care not to leave keys inside the lock, as this may require locksmith assistance at their own expense.
Check-in begins from 3:00 PM and may be conducted in person or via a lockbox, depending on your arrival time. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Failure to comply with house rules may result in a âŹ100 penalty.
