Ce spacieux appartement de type studio (troisième étage avec ascenseur) se trouve dans un bâtiment historique de plus de 300 ans, récemment reconstruit. Il est situé à seulement 250 mètres du Mercado de San Miguel, à 300 mètres de la Plaza Mayor et à 750 mètres du Palais Royal et de la Puerta del Sol.

Enjoyed our stay. Location is fantastic and there is a great restaurant across the street with excellent grilled pulpo. Communication with the host was excellent and they included cava and chocolates for our welcome. The cozy space is good for a solo traveler or a couple.

Everything about the property was impeccable. It had everything we needed and more to make our stay that much more comfortable and convenient. The apartment is spotless and located in a central location nearby to most of the attractions as well as public transportation, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and a mini market. The host was super responsive and helpful through out our stay. The best part is the seamless check in.

The host was incredibly accommodating and met us at the apartment. He was very contactable throughout our stay with any issues we hadquestions. We were some of the first to stay at the apartment so we were greeted with chocolates and a bottle which was a lovely touch! The location of the apartment was fantastic and the decor was lovely with fantastic facilities if you were to stay at this apartment self catering. The beds were comfortable and the sofa bed was very easy to use! We would definitely recommend this apartment to others! Great find!

La Latina was bustling and vibrant, so it was a pleasure to open the balcony doors and hear the sounds of people on the street below. The amenities were top-notch - the coffee machine was a real hit with my partner! Upon arrival, the place was spotless, making it clear that great care is taken to maintain Cava Baja to the highest standard. César was incredibly friendly and responsive, even allowing us to check in a bit earlier than 15:00 since the place was all ready for us. We couldn’t recommend Cava Baja enough, and would definitely stay here again! Thank you 🥰
