Welcome to Bright Pelayo! This colorful apartment is situated in the vibrant Chueca neighborhood, just steps away from Gran VĂa. Bright Pelayo offers a convenient living experience, perfectly positioned near Recoletos, Malasaña and the rest of Madrid's central areas. Its prime location provides easy access to a wealth of attractions, including world-renowned museums, lively theaters, and beautiful parks.
The Space:
This charming 65 sqm (700 sqft) apartment is located on the top floor of a building with elevator in the heart of the central and lively area of Chueca.
The apartment features a spacious living area filled with natural light thanks to wall to  wall windows as well as a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a smart TV and book library for your entertainment. There's also a big wooden dining table that can seat four people - perfect for meals or working. Next to the dining area is the kitchen, separated by a curtain.
The rustic-style kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, washing machine, Nespresso machine, and microwave. It also offers a table for two, ideal for a relaxing breakfast.
Adjacent to the living area is the bedroom, featuring a queen-size bed, windows offering plenty of natural light and air conditioning to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. A spacious walk-in closet with a safe adds an extra level of convenience. The bathroom, located in the hallway, is equipped with a shower. I

Cars can stop for unloading only in front of the building. Nearest metro stop is Chueca (L5), which is approximately 79âŻmeters away, around a 2âminute walk
