Two-level apartment in the Lavapiés neighborhood.
The apartment accommodates up to 4 people and features a spacious living area, as well as one bedroom on the lower floor and another on the upper floor, both with en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, washing machine, and dishwasher. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning and a heat pump to keep you comfortable all year round.
The living room is large and includes a television so you can enjoy a good movie after a long day working or studying in Madrid.
Please note that the ceilings in the bedrooms and bathrooms are lower than usual, so if you are tall, you may find it uncomfortable to stand in these areas. However, the living area has a very high ceiling, so the space does not feel cramped.
HOW TO MOVE
There are, a few minutes from the apartment, connections with the public transport system, allowing easy access to the city: LavapiĂ©s Metro Station (Line 3) at 200 m. Tirso de Molina Metro Station (Line 1) at 300 m. Sol Metro Station (Lines 1, 2 and 3) and CercanĂas Renfe at 900m. and Atocha Station (15 min/1km on foot).
IMPORTANT NOTES:
-The apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator.
-The ceilings in the bedrooms and bathrooms are lower than usual.
-Rental cots are available for âŹ30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.
-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.
-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.
-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenantâs habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.
-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
