Aurora Stays by Charming is a new and splendid independent apartment building that opened in September 2025, ideal for those looking for an unbeatable stay during their time in Madrid. Located at 16 Arroyo Opañel Street, just a few minutes from the 'Plaza Elíptica' and 'Opañel' metro stations, you can reach the city centre in less than 25 minutes by metro or 15 minutes by car. Aurora Stays by Charming is the perfect base for exploring Madrid from the comfort and tranquillity of the Opañel neighbourhood.

Our accommodation consists of 16 comfortable and functional apartments designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We also offer free parking spaces, one per apartment. Aurora Stays by Charming also features an outdoor pool, open during summer season.

This apartment comes with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room to accommodate up to 4 people. In addition, you will find a private bathroom with towels and complimentary toiletries, as well as a hairdryer.

All apartments are equipped with underfloor heating, ensuring the perfect temperature all year round. We also offer free Wi-Fi, ensuring you're always connected. Each apartment also includes a Smart TV, oven, microwave,ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, fridge, toaster, blender, and juicer, as well as a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, kitchenware, and cutlery. You will also have a washing machine with a portable drying rack and an iron with an ironing board.

At Aurora Stays by Charming, we also have a common area for working or studying. In the outdoor common areas, we also have tables to enjoy the fresh air and loungers in the pool area during summer season.

Aurora Stays by Charming is located in the peaceful and family-friendly Opañel neighbourhood. Just 5 minutes’ walkaway is the Plaza Elíptica metro station, which connects with Line 6, allowing you to reach Puerta del Sol in about 25 minutes.

Parque de la Emperatriz María de Austria: A few minutes by metro, perfect for a relaxing walk, a picnic, or enjoying nature in the heart of the city.
Museo Nacional del Prado: About 8 minutes by car or 25 minutes by public transport, home to works by Velázquez, Goya, and Hieronymus Bosch.

From the Airport:Taxi with a fixed fare of 33 €.
Metro: Line 8→ Change at Nuevos Ministerios to Line 6 to Plaza Elíptica→ Walk 5 minutes to the accommodation.
From Atocha Station:Metro: Line 1→ Change at Pacífico to Line 6 to Plaza Elíptica.
From Chamartín Station:Metro: Line 1→ Change at Cuatro Caminosto Line 6 to Plaza Elíptica.
You can also arrive by car and park in our free private parking, just please note that to access the Plaza Elíptica area you must have a low emision car (B or C label). Aurora Stays by Charming is located outside the restricted 'Madrid Central' zone, but please ensure you do not enter the restricted area to avoid fines.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE
Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
Please take into consideration that if your stay is during the time when the pool is open, the accomodation does not provide towels for the swimming pool.
Check-in: A valid ID and credit card are required at check-in.
Rules: No stag or hen parties or similar events are allowed.
Cleaning: No daily cleaning of apartments. If you would like extra cleaning, it will incur an additional charge and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
