INSTRUCTIONS FOR ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Please contact us as soon as possible with your arrival and departure times, so that Luxury Rentals Madrid can arrange a time for your check in to the apartment. Check in is at 16:00 and after, we will always try to accommodate earlier arrivals, but this is dependent on previous bookings.
Early check in it is subject to availability and has an additional cost. Consult 48 hours before your arrival in the email reservations@luxuryrentalsmadrid.com.
o   Before 7am: 70€
o   7am - 9am:  50€
o   9am -11am: 30€
o   11am -13pm: 20€
Please note; there is a late check in fee of 30€ for arrival at the apartment after 20:00 and a 50 € if it is after 22:00 if it is after 00.00 this is 70€. This should be paid in cash directly to the person who is checking you in.
If you are taking a taxi from the airport to the apartment, general cost between 30  € and around 25 minutes accounting for normal traffic, just ask the taxi driver to take you to the address mentioned on top, and a member of Luxury Rentals Madrid will be at the apartment to meet you.
Alternatively there is the UNDERGROUND/METRO that leaves from the airport, costs around 2.50 € and takes about 45 minutes, the nearest stop to the CALLE GENERAL PARDIÑAS 13 is  VELÁZQUEZ OR GOYA , about a 7 minutes’ walk to the apartment.
Please call us you when arrive in Madrid so that we know you have arrived on time or not, as many times planes, trains and cars are delayed or rescheduled. Please call from the airport on + 34 663 880 677 once you have collected your luggage and are ready to make your way to the apartment. Should there be no answer please call Luxury Rentals Madrid Office number; +34 91 127 15 64 during business hours, 09:00 am to 19:00.
When you arrive at the apartment the Luxury Rentals Madrid staff member will provide you with the following:
Keys for the entry to the apartment
Walk through the apartment and instructions how to use all the equipment.
During your stay at the apartment in Madrid we ask you to contact Luxury Rentals Madrid immediately if you find anything missing or in bad conditions or if you accidently break anything so that we can fix or settle whatever it is. We want you to enjoy your stay and not be inconvenienced by something which can be fixed or replaced.
Please note that the client is liable for the correct and decent behavior of all the persons accompanying him/her. Should that person or any of the persons accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way, Luxury Rentals Madrid shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the apartment without the right for the latter to claim any type of compensation.
Please note; Parties and Loud music are strictly forbidden and could result in immediate eviction from the property.
Departure should be before 11:00 am, if you require a later departure let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate you, providing our next arrival is not early the same day.
If a departure has not been scheduled with a member of our staff to be present, we kindly ask you to turn lights and A/C off, leave the keys on the table, and shut the door on your way out.
We will inspect the apartment and return the refundable deposit minus any damages which may have occurred within the next 7 days.
With advance notice we can arrange airport transfer  for your arrival/departure to/from the apartment.
