🔑 Guest Access

You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself, with convenient self check-in anytime after 4 PM.

✨ Early check-in may be available for a $50 fee if the unit is vacant the night before. We’ll confirm availability the evening prior to your arrival.

🐾 Other Things to Note

✅ Pets are welcome! A one-time $150 pet cleaning fee applies per stay and will be requested through the Resolution Center prior to arrival. Access may be denied if the fee is not paid.

You’ll enjoy full access to the entire apartment, with secure and convenient entry to both the building and the unit via keypad locks for a smooth, contactless check-in.

I’m available through the Airbnb messaging system 24/7 if you need assistance during your stay.

In the event of snowfall, all locations are equipped with a snow shovel and a white bucket of salt for guest use. Guests are responsible for clearing snow and treating walkways and driveways during their stay to help maintain safe access.

For larger properties and apartment buildings, this may not apply, as commercial snow removal services are in place.
