Escape to a peaceful countryside stay on our working equestrian smallholding in Trusthorpe, Lincolnshire. Wake up to birdsong, grazing horses and open skies whilst enjoying a slower, more grounding off-grid experience surrounded by nature.

🏡 The Caravan
A lovingly renovated vintage caravan full of rustic charm and cosy countryside character.
No central heating — electric heaters & hot water bottles provided
No Wi-Fi or television — just nature and horses outside your window
Cannot accommodate infants. Up to one child (max. 10 years old) — please enquire before booking

Kitchen: air fryer, hob & cooker, toaster, kettle, fridge, hot water. Tea, coffee and a small welcome treat included on arrival.
🛌 Sleeping: 1 double bed, 1 twin bed, convertible lounge/bed space. Sleeps 1–2 guests (solo, couples or friends).
🚿 Bathroom: hot shower, toilet, sink.

🐴 The Smallholding
Home to 8 horses, 8 chickens, 1 cat and 2 friendly dogs (Lab and Rotty). A non-riding equine wellbeing and therapy space focused on calm, connection and nature. Fresh eggs and seasonal produce may be available — look out for The Pantry honesty box. This is a working site, so you will see us caring for the animals throughout the day.

⚠️ No BBQs or fire pits permitted due to fire risk on an equestrian site with hay and wooden buildings.

Check-in: 16:00–18:00 ONLY (earlier by arrangement — please email) There will be an additional charge if you turn up late of £50.00
Check-out: 10:00 (late check-out available at certain times for a small fee)
No late check-ins — owner will meet you on site
No pets, smoking, or vaping (strictly prohibited due to fire risk)
Free parking on site (approx. 15 metres from caravan)

A peaceful countryside retreat — not a loud or rowdy site. Please respect the calm atmosphere during your stay.

Please note when booking this caravan, there is a short walk to the caravan. We always ask to assist with your bags but you cant park right outside the caravan .
