Outside there is a front lawn, an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, a private driveway for one car, and ample roadside parking. Travel cot and highchair available on request. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 1.2 miles, a pub in 0.5 miles, and the beach in 0.5 miles. Acre View offers the ideal base to explore Lincolnshire and its coastline. Note: The front garden is not enclosed. Note: The sofa bed in the sitting room sleeps one additional guest.

If you're self-catering, pick up some last-minute supplies at the neighbourhood store, or have a tasty meal in the village's cosy pub. A paddling pool that is situated on the seashore is ideal for the little ones on a family-friendly beach day, and you can also find a Post Office nearby, making it simple to send a postcard to your loved ones back home. One of the many scenic delights in the region is the possibility of spotting the remnants of an old forest on the beaches of Mablethorpe and Sutton-on-Sea at low tide.
