3. Bedroom 3- Bunk room with 1 new memory foam full bed and 3 new memory foam twin beds, 42" Smart TV, books and large beanbag/Lovesac seating, blackout curtains [Note: Top 2 bunks are for children only. They each have a weight limit of 150 lbs each]

1750 square ft house, that it is on deep water and has large covered patio. If you wish to bring your boat, you will be able to launch from a public ramp at the entrance of the neighborhood. Our private dock is complete with whips to tie up your boat or pwc. May also rent a boat or jet ski nearby at Lone Star Marina 903-432-2268 (about 10-15 min drive from the property).

Check In - 3 pm. Options for Early Check-In: 1 hour early- free (if available); 12:00 pm - 1/4 of nightly rate (if available); 8:00 am - 1/2 of nightly rate (if available).

Check-Out- 10 am. Options for Late Check-Out: 1 hour late-free (if available); 1 pm-1/2 of nightly rate (if available); 5 pm-1/2 of nightly rate (if available).
