To make sure the space is a good fit, we may ask a few quick questions during the booking process. For everyoneâs safety and peace of mind, the exterior of the property is monitored 24/7. These guidelines help us protect the home and preserve the calm, peaceful feel of the neighborhood.
â FRIENDLY NEIGHBORHOOD NOTE: CHICKENSâ
Some of our neighbors have free-range chickens that may wander nearby. Please donât touch, chase, or disturb them if they come onto the property. We appreciate your kindness and respect toward our neighbors and their animalsâthank you!

- Our driveway can fit up to 4 vehicles (depending on size).
- Please park in the driveway onlyâno parking on the grass or on neighboring property.
- Street parking is very limited in our area, so unfortunately we canât accommodate more than 4 cars.
- Boat trailer parking may be available upon requestâjust message us in advance.
â FRONT DOOR LOCKâ
- Youâll receive a unique door code once the full balance for your stay has been processed, so check-in is easy and contact-free.
