The location is convenient for local shops and amenities and there’s also a park with play area across the road for those with children. Ashton Gardens which is home to further play areas and bowling greens together with the Pavilion Tea Room and Restaurant is also less than a mile away. St Annes is brimming with tradition, with fish and chip shops, colourful beach huts, cafés, tea rooms and golf courses, including the illustrious Royal Lytham & St Annes Golf Club.

Pride of place on the seafront, you’ll find the laughing statue of the late, great Les Dawson and passing Fairhaven Lake you’ll find the neighbouring town of wonderfully cosmopolitan Lytham.

In the other direction are the bright lights, glitz and glamour of Blackpool which is home to a whole host of attractions such as Blackpool Pleasure Beach, Blackpool Tower, the Sandcastle Water Park, SEA LIFE Blackpool and of course the annual illuminations light show.

You can also explore Fleetwood, Thornton-Cleveleys and the market town of Poulton-le-Fylde, all of which are all easily accessible in under half an hour.
