Set on the outskirts of the friendly coastal town of Lynton, this historic property has been sympathetically updated to offer bright and colourful holiday accommodation for larger families and groups of friends discovering a breathtaking part of North Devon. With plenty of space for up to ten guests, the house makes a fabulous base for exploring Exmoor National Park and the glorious beaches and quaint resorts along the coast. Stylishly furnished and tastefully decorated, this delightful getaway features a picturesque garden, an impressive range oven and a charming balcony, providing a light, cosy holiday home for walkers, nature lovers and beach fans.
The tranquil main lounge has a Smart TV and a feature fireplace, providing an ideal space for everyone to sit back and unwind. The generous kitchen/diner has been stylishly designed and thoughtfully equipped to make a fantastic spot for preparing and sharing celebratory meals together. Upstairs, you will find a stylish shower room on the first floor alongside three bright, cosy bedrooms: a cheerful double, a twin and a king-size room with French windows opening out onto a small balcony.
