à propos de cet hébergement
Sea View 2 Bed Hot Tub Safari Tent - Kestrel
(New for 2025 season) Sea View 2 Bed Hot Tub Safari Tent - Kestrel accommodation sleeps up to 5 guests and 2 dogs, featuring a master double bedroom and a 2nd bedroom with 1 single bed and a bunk bed. Kestrel provides a rustic feel accommodation with your own decking and hot tub with outdoor furniture, providing sea and valley views. Kestrel is self-catered, perfect for romantic escapes, family holidays or a group of friends.
Kestrel has an open plan lounge with dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette with 4 burner electric hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There are also all the usual cooking pots and pans, as well as kitchen utensils. There is also a family shower room with WC. The beds will be made upon arrival, with towels provided, however, we recommend bringing a separate towel per guest for the hot tub. The accommodation shares its name with one of the wildlife animals that visits the site and can be spotted around the Exmoor National Park throughout the year, Kestrel.
Images are representative and may not be the specific accommodation assigned on booking.. Hiding high up amongst the rolling hills of Exmoor and nuzzling the dramatic cliffscape of the North Devon coastline, Lynmouth Holiday retreat settles into the extraordinary backdrop overlooking Lynmouth bay and the gentle buzz of itâs harbourside town. Whether youâre visiting for the first time or looking to own your own holiday home on site to visit whenever you desire, itâs the perfect place to get away and reset amongst the expansive countryside of Exmoor.
The town of Lynmouth went from a tiny fishing village to a thriving Victorian tourist resort dubbed âLittle Switzerlandâ due to itâs rolling hills, sheer cliffs and cascading rivers. Whilst the World around may be ever changing, both Lynton & Lynmouth retain their vintage charm, frozen in the reminiscence of an earlier time. The towns are separated by the highest water powered funicular railway in the World and adjoin the infamous craggy cliffs of The Valley of Rocks.
If the surrounding area was anything to go by, the Retreat itself will certainly not disappoint, with its own dog walking meadow, abundant flora and fauna, spellbinding bay views and the South West Coast Path sat right on your doorstep, this Coast and Country Park offers an idyllic trip back to nature and simpler times. With its quaint meandering roads, lack of large supermarkets, enchanting hillside valleys and snippets of Victorian trinkets in the way of old cast iron street lamps and red post-boxes (now turned into lending libraries), Lynmouth Holiday Retreat, like the surrounding area, celebrates its enchanting history, natural beauty and varied landscapes at the very heart of this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Celebrating a birthday or special event? Why not order a bottle of Champagne to the booking, so your holiday begins as soon as you check in! Our friendly team are on hand and happy to help in any way they can, whether this is offering advice on the many wonderful walks in the area, recommending the best places to eat or visit for a day out.
WIFI is available during your stay with us. It can however be limited at times, due to our location the signal/speed isnât always great and the infrastructure within the Exmoor National Park, especislly at busier periods.
Want to plan your visit? Why not download the Coast & Country Parks App, containing all the information about the Retreat, as well as a full list of recommended places to visit, beaches and restaurants to name but a few!.
