Stroll along the South West Coast Path to Lynmouth (1.3 miles), where you can explore the harbour, relax on the shingle beach, or ride the famous Cliff Railway to Lynton (1.2 miles). Discover the dramatic Valley of Rocks (2.5 miles), home to free-roaming wild goats and breathtaking sea views, or enjoy a riverside walk to Watersmeet House (2.2 miles), a National Trust haven where two rivers converge in a wooded gorge. With Exmoorâs star-filled skies above and the calming sound of the West Lyn River nearby, this is a perfect base for walking, wildlife watching and reconnecting with nature in one of North Devonâs most picturesque corners.

Heading outside onto your private decking you will be able to sit back and relax by the riverside in your own bubbling hot tub.
